American Cash Flow Association
American Cash Flow Association® claims they can help you with a successful
business in the cash flow industry. This is done in a number of ways, such
as funding directories like the American Cash Flow Journal®, helping build
relationships between brokers and funding sources and continuing support
necessary to achieve success.
American Cash Flow Association® is also known as American Cash Flow
Institute ™ ( ACFI ), American Cash Flow Corporation™ ( ACFA ),
Diversified Cash Flow Institute ™ ( DCFI ) and National Mortgage
Investor's Institute ( NMII ) to name a few were all founded by
Laurence J. Pino.
Of note, according to a reliable source, one indivual stated he attended a seminar in Pasadena, CA, but became
concerned when he found the presenter was from the Mid-West and the company
was based in Florida. My research found that there have been many articles
written regarding this company. The bottom line being that American Cash
Flow Association® or whichever of the above companies is presenting the
seminar state that this opportunity of becoming a note broker is easy
and will result in huge profits, however, the majority of people asked
for their results later either had no profit at or very miniscule.
The course offered by American Cash Flow Association® is quite expensive,
up to $5,995.00 or $2,495.00 for the taped course. As with many opportunities
of this nature, not only is there a lot of risk invovled, but it is important
to have skill and knowledge in this area in order to succeed.
I feel that this is a program which should be viewed with great caution.
