BrokeringNotes.com claims their program with Charter Financial will help you locate note sellers and then properly complete the transaction. You will be an independent representative choosing to work as much as you like.

There is some concern over the legality of Note Brokering, as one indiviuals research in the state of Illinois found that in order to participate in this business opportunity you must be licensed to sell, and some folks have found themselves in trouble with the SEC.

I feel that the note brokering type of business venture can be very risky and is something that should be approached with great caution.
