Carleton Sheets

I bought Carleton Sheets course and after months of trying it out, I came to the conclusion that it was very weak. Why did I feel this way? Here's why: In order for the Carleton Sheets system to work, you would literally need to have hours and hours of extra time each day to spend reading real estate listings in the newspaper and magazines. In my opinion, you'd also need several extra hours a day to spend driving up and down neighborhoods to personally inspect each of these properties.

If you're anything like me, you don't have an extra ten hours a day to spend doing all this reading, driving and studying maps all day long. The worst part is this: Through this website, I've met quite a few students of Carleton Sheets who do put in up to ten hours a day and still aren't finding the success they were looking for.

I'm guessing Carleton does have students out there somewhere who are spending these long hours and making some money, but the fact is this: I know of 4 different ways to make a serious income to support a family that are much easier than this.

There's even more bad news about the Carleton Sheets program: There's too much competition with his program because he's been on tv doing his infomercial for over ten years. This is only part of the reason his course has saturated that market. Yes, Carleton's been pushing his course for years and consider this: Even if you do decide to spend your day studying newspapers and driving up and down neighborhood streets all day, there are thousands of other Carleton students doing the exact same thing. So the moment you find a piece of realestate you want, it's most likely already been taken by another one of Carleton's students. I'd rather not have that type of competition. And why bother with all that when I can pick out 4 other opportunities on this website that involve much less time and frustration. Not to mention less competition.

Again, this is all just my opinion, but I think the only way the Carleton Sheets Program is going to be a match for you and your lifestyle is if you have all the time in the world right now and you're completely in love and obsessed with realestate.
