Claude Diamond has a law degree, and is a real estate investor who specializes in lease purchase. He has a couple of websites where he sells a program called the Creative Real Estate Mentoring Program. In this mentoring program, he claims to show you how to start a real estate business working from your own home.

Claude charges around two thousand dollars for his mentoring service, which is non-refundable. . He says of himself: "I answer my own phone (Whatta Guy:-)".

Claude Diamond's advice is available for less than his $2500.00 to 15,000.00 mentoring price by purchasing his "Lease Purchase Homestudy Success Kit" which he charges around six hundred dollars for. You can also learn how to be a mentor with his "Coaching, Consulting & Mentor Training Course" which also sells for around six hundred dollars. Diamond also wrote a novel titled "The Mentor - A Story of Success".
