Foreclosure Leads

Foreclosure World group is a company with strong ties to Foreclosure Leads. Both of these also have strong ties to Foreclosure Town and Foreclosure School. This whole conglomeration is owned and run by Jordan Publishing Corporation of California. Jordan Publishing uses Foreclosure Leads as a website offering a database of foreclosed or forclosing property listings and bank contacts. You can search their database by town. Foreclosure Leads even lets you run a free search to try out the service, but that free search is not very useful because it only tells you how many properties are found in the town you performed your search on. To get the details, you have to become a member. A membership will run you about three to four hundred dollars. There are no refunds on this fee.

After researching their program and listening to what some of their past customers had to say, I can see why they don't offer any money back guarantee. Below are just a few comments from past customers of Forclosure Leads.

"They offer the same over sold list of bank and government REO data sold everywhere else."

"Far too many duplicates"

"On many of them I found no owner name or mailing address information (just property address). No date of delinquency information."

"I tried their free search and came up with 25 listings in the town I was interested in. I called and actually spoke with their representative. I was told the listings were current and updated weekly, blah, blah, blah. To pay my membership (Stupid me) and get back in as a Member. Then I found they only have 2 current listings on their site! Turns out the listings I found while using the "Free Search" trial were bankruptcies (not foreclosures) from 3 years ago!"

Jordan Publishing are also known for bombarding people with junk mail. According to my sources, the company was apparently issued a Desist and Refrain Order for Unlicensed Activities by the California Department of Real Estate, back in 2009. The company is still around so don't just jump into any of this stuff without checking them out.
