Foreclosure Town

Foreclosure Town claims to provide listing for all 50 states for bank owned properties as well as home owners in distress for all 50 states.

I was not able to find the fee for Foreclosure Town on the website, buy I did find a posting from an individual who states the fee is anywhere from $368 to $400. I also found that there were many complaints on Rip-Off Report.com stating that the information is too old, too expensive, the refunds promised are not delivered and the cancellation is next to impossible and is listed as one of the foreclosure sites to avoid on foreclosures.com.

My research has shown that the best source of foreclosure information is from the government or directly from the bank. Foreclosure Town should be viewed with great caution.
