Foreclosure World
Foreclosure World claims to be one of the best foreclosure listing
services and to have been used by investors as well as first time
home buyers for over 14 years. Many different foreclosures are
listed such as bank owned, government owned, pre-foreclosures, HUD
and VA home as well as homeowners in distress.
However, I found that ForeclosureWorld requires a $300 fee for these
lists. Most of the information can be found for free from
the government or from banks. The only thing that can't be
found from these sources are the homeowners in distress, but one
individual who paid for this list found it not to be helpful as he
claimed the vast majority of these homeowners are in bankruptcy and
so not willing to sell, thus making the list of little use.
Another individual on Rip-Off Report.com stated she was contacted by
Summit Consulting on behalf of Foreclosure World for real estate
investing coaching program, she is has yet to get a refund after
cancelling the program.
In my experience, it is best to simply call real estate agents or
banks in the area you desire to find a home, or access the free
government listings. I feel that any outlay of money is not a good
idea especially when the information can be found for no cost. I
feel that Foreclosure World should be viewed with some caution.
Since I review business opportunities and internet gurus all day for a living, you can guess I know which ones work and which ones don't. Click here to see how I make my money.
