What To Do If Your Website Or Home Business Is Not Getting Results?

I know it's extremely difficult to do and takes major guts, but the quickest way to find out what's wrong is to pick up the phone and call a few of the people who you sent your offer to. Making these calls can be uncomfortable, but it's the only way you're going to find out the absolute truth of what's wrong with your website or business the way it is. These people have something you want. They can tell you exactly what they didn't like about your website, your business, or your offer. They basically know how to fix your problem!

Just call them up and be honest and upfront by telling them that you're trying to make some improvements to your business and your customer relations, and say "I'd like to know if you can help me by talking to me for just a quick minute." Tell them you'd like to hear the absolute truth from them, no matter how bad it hurts to hear.

Questions you should ask these people are things like this:

Did you receive my letter?

Did you read the entire letter or just part?

At what part did you lose interest in the letter?

What stopped you from placing an order?

What would it have taken to got you to order?

What was the worst thing about the letter I sent you?

Were there some questions, concerns, or issues that I didn't answer in my letter?

Also, ask them these same questions about your website too. Your website is completely separate from the ad or sales letter you sent them so it's important to find out if they ever even made it to your website. If they did get to your website, go over all the questions listed above one more time. But this time keep the focus on your website.

I admit, this process is not easy, but it's the quickest way to fix a broken website or home business.
