IntelliBiz
IntelliBiz claims their program A Simple Man's Guide to
Real Estate Investing operates as a not-for-profit in order to keep
the cost of the course affordable, covers all aspects of real estate
investing, tax lien certificates and sales, foreclosures as well
as the "no money down" methods offered by Carleton Sheets.
Some people noted that after looking up IntelliBiz on The Public
Eye, which is a consumer watch dog group, the ratings were fairly
high. Also of note are the experiences of a couple of people, neither
of whom had sent in any money for the IntelliBiz courses, but
stated that their questions were answered promptly and with no
pressure to buy the course.
I think that this may be a good way to get started in
the real estate invesment arena and that this is a good opportunity
to check out. At this point I do give IntelliBiz a thumbs up rating.
