Jimmy Napier

Jimmy Napier offers several real estate investment products including a book called "Invest in Debt." Napier also offers audio CDs on themes such as "70 Cash Flow and Wealth Building Ideas", "Basic Paper Course" and "The Power of Negotiating". Jimmy also produces a video version of the Basic Paper Course, and a monthly newsletter called "The Money Maker Report". He teaches live courses and makes quite a few seminar appearances like the Real Estate All Stars Conference.

Napier's books and courses are alright but a lot of the info is very basic. This may seem trivial but I've been told the bindings of his books are cheaply made and tend to come apart at the spine.

Jim went to classes and seminars to learn the ropes, and set up his own real estate brokerage and mortgage investing firm in 1973. He also started talking at seminars and writing articles and courses, based on the "Napier Method" - his term for his own methods.

Part of the appeal of Jimmy Napier is his use plain talk and he's very proud of his country boy background.

But Jimmy Napier made a blunder in his own live classes. A few years ago he madethe mistake of letting his students do real estate deals during class. This was during the time he was teaching an Advanced Paper course in Pensacola, FL. Class members begin putting up their own paper for sale right in class. A lot of his students lost money as a result of these classroom transactions which didn't do Mr. Napier's name any good reputation wise.
