John Stefanchick
John Stefanchik is a real estate investment specialist.
He's the author of "Wealth Without Boundaries". He wrote another book
about real estate investing in paper called "The Stefanchik Method:
Earn $10,000 a Month for The Rest of Your Life-In Your Spare Time".
John Stefanchik's books are pretty good but he has had
some problems in other parts of his business life. One of these
problems started with a company called the Stefanchik Organization. One
of the reasons he started this company was to give his high-priced
seminars more promotion. According to my source, the Better Business
Bureau in Salt Lake City gave the Stefanchik Organization an
"unsatisfactory" rating.
Stefanchik also started selling real estate courses
through the Beringer Corporation, with the help of Atlas Marketing,
Inc. According to my source, the Federal Trade Commission obtained an
injunction against John Stefanchik and the above-named companies for
deceptively marketing and selling a program that claimed to teach
consumers how to make large amounts of money quickly by buying and
selling mortgage paper. This was in 2005. FTC File No. 022-3246 Civil

John Stefanchik is now has now been stopped from making
false earnings claims about their program and from making false claims
that their program coaches have substantial experience in the paper
business and are readily available to assist consumers.
