Lou Vukas

Lou Vukas is one of the many so called real estate gurus who specializes in flipping a house, which is buying a run down home, renovating it and then selling it at a profit. Lou claims it is through real estate investing, and flipping in particular that he has amassed his fortune.

Real Estate Fortunes.com is Lou Vukas' website where his real estate investing courses can be accessed. These course are supposed to teach the methods used to create a profit when there is little or no money available to begin. Mr. Vukas is the author of Real Estate Uncovered™ a manual on Lou's real estate investing methods also available at his website.

I found a large number of complaints at various forums including Rip-Off Report.com. The basic complaint is that Lou Vukas' Real Estate Uncovered was sold to Foreclosureworld.net who has a less than steller reputation. Many people alleged that after ordering Lou's book, they had to endure a constant barrage of e-mails and phone calls, some people said they were contacted at least twenty times a day by Foreclosureworld.net. I found that other people claimed they were denied refunds when requested.

Investing in real estate can be tricky and does involve some risk at the very best of times, finding a reputable source of information seems to be almost impossible. I think that Mr. Vukas helps to prove that assumption.
