"How to Awaken the Financial Genius Within You" was written by Mark Haroldsen who claims that is contains the steps needed for any person to attain wealth through real estate investing. Financial Freedom Report is published by Mark Haroldsen on a quarterly basis.

I've read several posts in newsgroops saying the Federal Trade Commission filed a lawsuit alleging Mark Haroldsen, the Financial Freedom Report and their principals mislead customers about their earning potentials in the home-business starter kit marketed for $495. I found other individuals who claimed that the information in Mark Haroldsen's books and courses is questionable in origin at the worst and recycled at the best.

My opinion is that there is too much risk with real estate investing to make it worthwhile, and it is people like Mark Haroldsen who further complicate matters. Obviously I don't recommend him.
