Be Careful Of This Big Myth About Bulk Emailing
Affiliate Programs Many people think that if they sign up with a whole
bunch of affiliate
programs and then just list their affiliate links in a bulk email or
spam
ad, they'll get rich. It just doesn't work like that and it never has.
If you try blasting a bunch of your affiliate links out
in a mass mailing,
you're just going to make a lot of people angry. Especially if your
bulk
email list isn't targeted and is unsolicited. By doing this, you can
actually end up costing yourself a bunch of money!
Also, just about every affiliate program prohibits the
use of spam or
unsolicited email in their terms of service. Their rules usually
explain
that your account will be terminated if you send out unsolicited
email/spam.
This also means you lose all your commissions you have earned up to
that
point.
