Do Classified Ads Really Work Anymore?

Yes! Here's why: The true value of classified ads is the
fact that the turn
around time is so incredibly fast. Meaning you can place your
classified ad
in a newspaper today, and have your ad published by tomorrow. Some
times it
takes 2 or 3 days to be published, but either way, that's still much
faster
than most other forms of advertising.
Magazine ads generally take around 3
months from the time they receive your ad to the time they publish it.
Yikes! That's a long time! Even a classified ad in a magazine will take
around 3 months. Local newspaper classifieds and national weekly
newspapers
are the only type that have a fast turn-around. USA Today is an example
of
a national newspaper that can get your ad in within about 1 week. And I
have had good luck with USA Today.
