Customer Testimonials Always Get Response

Customer testimonials are not just a nice idea to add to your website. They are critical to your success as a small business owner. They are absolutely necessary in all instances.

Now I know what you're saying: "But I don't have any testimonials. How do I get some?"

Customer testimonials are extremely easy to get. Just ask a few of your friends or family members to write you something on paper or through email saying how much your product or service improved their life. This is not illegal. It's completely legal for them to write testimonials for you as long as they have actually tried and used the product themselves.

So just give them a free copy in exchange for a good well written customer testimonial. And be sure you get their permission to use it on your website and in your sales letters.

Or if you're not comfortable asking friends or family to write you a testimonial, just tell your first few customers that you'll give them a big discount in exchange for a good testimonial. Or if possible, you might even be able to give them your product for free in exchange for their good praises of your product. When you start asking a few friends, customers, or relatives to help you out, you'll be surprised how they will all be happy to assist you with this. It's truly a piece of cake to get excellent customer testimonials.

Also be sure to include the full name of the person who wrote the testimonial. Don't just put their initials. Under their testimonial, be sure to list their full name and the town and state they are from. I recommend you even get their signature and add that for an extra touch of professionalism but you don't have to add their signature. Just be sure to have their full name, city, and state they're from. Possibly their email address too. The simplest way to sell anything is with good customer testimonials.
