How To Create The Main Page Of Your Website
by Jason Ryan Isaksen
You have a couple basic options when it comes to
creating the main page of
your website.
1. You could make the main opening page (home page) of
your website a
big sales letter along with a strong, catchy head line at the very top
of
your page.
2. You could start out without trying to sell anything
to your readers.
Often times, readers become on-guard and cautious when they see that
someone
is trying to sell them something. Readers tend to read this type of
sales
page with a certain amount of suspicion. But if you make your main home
page just pure helpful and educational facts about the topic you're the
expert on, then your readers will relax and just enjoy reading your
free content. Your
readers will then let their guard down and be much more receptive when
you
do start trying to sell them something in a subtle way. This is my
favorite
method for creating a home page or main 1st page. To see an example,
just
look at my ProgramReview.com website.
I like to just make my main page an information packed
page full of helpful
tips, tricks, secrets, etc., along with money and time saving advice.
Your
readers will love you for this and this free material you provided will
instantly give you major credibility and trust among your readers and
prospective buyers. Then after they are done reading the article, you
can
urge them to click a new link at the bottom of your page that goes to a
sales letter. By waiting until your readers trust you and feel you're
credible, you're sales letter will now have 10 times the impact on the
reader than it would without the free advice. We'll talk much more
about
this later in this course. You can see a perfect sample of this type of
marketing when you go to my site at: www.ProgramReview.com or www.OnlyReviews.com
