Thank Your Customers After You've Made The Sale
You'll give yourself more opportunities to continue
selling to your
customers in the future if you send a simple thank you note, letter, or
thank you email after they purchase. Also, send your customer list a
special email around holidays.
You can create holiday sales and specials on
new products and services and use your holiday greeting messages to
inform
them of your newest products and services. And as I've said before, a
newsletter is another great way to keep in touch with your past
customers.
You can increase your customer loyalty using simple thank you letters
in
business and marketing.
