The Cash Solution

I made a telephone call to the head office at The Cash Solution to get complete details on what they do and how they do it. They admitted to me over the phone that they were a "Gifting Company" at one time. However, they told me that as of January 2008, they were no longer a gifting company(If you don't know what a gifting company is, you can click here to read about Gifting Companies.

I have spent many hours talking to the various representatives at The Cash Solution to find out if it would be something I could make yet another extra income with. It sounded very good at first. Here's the way they explained their system to me and how I'd make money with it.

The Cash Solution told me that in order to join I would first need to purchase either their Silver, Gold, or Platinum package. The Silver package is $500.00, the Gold $1,000.00, and the Platinum is $2000.00

They told me that if I bought the $500.00 package that I would get some web design software. If I bought the Silver Package at $1,000.00, I'd get some better web design software, and that if I bought the Platinum package for $2,000.00, I'd get a multi- media business card cd rom.

I kept asking them why their products were so overpriced. I explained to one of the reps at The Cash Solution that I've seen that same type of web design software for less than a hundred bucks. And on occasion, I've seen it available as FreeWare. So I asked them how they could possibly get away with charging as much as $2,000.00 for it?

After several hours of talking to the people at The Cash Solution, they finally confessed that their business opportunity was really not about selling products. One of their reps admitted to me that their system was still basically a "Gifting Program" and that they simply added these primitive products just to be sure The Cash Solution was abiding by the laws that prohibit certain gifting programs. By introducing real products(no matter how useless they are)a large portion of the law is being met. In my opinion The Cash Solution is still a gifting program and there is a reason why most gifting programs are illegal. Most people lose all their money in Gifting Programs because the whole organization eventually collapses. This is when most people that are new to the program lose their money.

I have done extensive research to find out if there has ever been a gifting program that lasted longer than 11 months. In all of my researching and investigating, I could not find a single gifting company that lasted longer than 11 months. Many of the gifting companies I came accross in my research folded and went down within 2 months. That's far too risky for me to recommend to anyone! And I think The Cash Solution is going to eventually run into legal problems. Again, that's just my opinion.
