Scott Rister puts hims main focus on motivated sellers using technology and he mixes this with a unique targeted marketing approach. He even markets that strategy as a real estate guru Scott accomplishes this through his subscription newsletter and his various real estate courses. Some of his titles include: "Find All the Motivated Sellers You Can Handle" $499, "Instant Cash Wholesaling Houses" $349, and The Probate Profit Machine $349. He also sells Direct Mail Software $299.

Scott Rister's has a loyal following and he been getting some good reviews from people who've used his materials. If you need help with real estate marketing, this stuff is very detailed and appears to be well worth the price.

The only thing I'm a little concerned about is Scott Rister's ability to fulfill the promise he makes, of providing unlimited coaching and counseling to customers who buy his courses, for up to one full year. According to his website, the counseling consists of being able to e-mail Scott Rister with a query. I myself prefer to communicate over the phone. I just learn better that way. So I don't like the idea of getting coaching by email. But if his response to those emails is thorough and personalized, it would be an unbelievably cheap price.

"I just don't feel one has to spend thousands of dollars to get the absolute best real estate education available" says Rister.

I agree with that completely. But there's a good deal, and then there's the famous "too good to be true type deal".
