Steve Cook has written a few books and courses, including "Ugly House Contractor Agreement", "Real Estate Investor Business Plan", "Wholesaling for Quick Cash" and "Rehabbing for Big Cash". Steve's marketing page describes this writing activity as "pouring out page after page of the knowledge he's gained while buying and selling over 170 homes".

Steve Cook's main product is the 3-day Ugly House Bootcamp, which costs around $2000.

Cook says he started investing in real estate with no money and bad credit. Since then, he's bought around 170 houses and claims to be on his way to financial independence. I guess he started selling books, courses and pricey boot camps to speed along the process.

Content-wise, Steve reiterates exactly what every other so called guru feeds you on late night television with few examples or details. I think his materials are ok but I just think this business is way too difficult to be involved in right now during this economy and with as much competition as there is.
