Keeping Website Visitors Coming Back To Your Website

Odds are that most of your customers will not buy anything during their first visit to your website. You already know studies have proven it takes an average of 7 exposures to your website before a reader will actually buy something. So if you really want to get more sales it just makes sense that you need to figure out ways to make them come back to your website for a second, third, fourth, fifth, visit and hopefully even more times than that.

So you need to use proven techniques that traditionally keep internet surfers/shoppers coming back to the same site over and over. One of the most common methods that works is offering your own news letter to each of the visitors to your website. Do anything and everything you can to get your website visitors to sign up. Offer them something like a free software demo download, free valuable report, etc, as long as they sign up for your free news letter. And many people will want to sign up to your news letter with out even being bribed with gifts.

Either way, once you've got your readers signed up to your news letter, you can then market to them over and over. But be sure you don't just send them ads. A news letter must always contain helpful advice and articles to even be considered a news letter. If each issue of your news letter didn't have valuable free information, it would just be one big ad. And that doesn't work nearly as well as carefully placing small ads within a helpful news letter. So you'll keep your website visitors coming back if you actually provide some valuable content within your newsletter or website. Just be careful not to put a bunch of ads all over the place.

Since I review business opportunities and internet gurus all day for a living, you can guess I know which ones work and which ones don't. Click here to see how I make my money.
